Available in a great variety of fun and novel prints, Elmo’s Closet pet collars are soft, strong and stylish. The outside of the collar is covered in naturally hypoallergenic 100% cotton. This keeps pet fur from matting and breaking as well as significantly reduces skin irritation. The inside of the collar has a strong cotton webbing. They are quick-drying when wet which significantly reduces bacteria and odor. Only the highest quality sturdy hardware is used.
